Happy First Birthday

It seems only yesterday when we welcomed our new baby into our life. Today, she's one year old. Congratulations! we've weathered the ups and downs of new parenthood, and our baby has grown and changed more in the past year than she will during any other year of her life.
I believe first birthdays should be celebrated in style. "Year one is such an accomplishment,” it's a chance to bring all of the people together who were there in the first weeks of the baby's life. The first year is such a busy time, that often we barely see those people. But they really are genuinely interested in our child, so it's great to get together with them and celebrate how much she's grown."
More than any other, the first birthday is a milestone for the parents as well as the child.
First birthdays are truly a milestone in family life. we've welcomed her into the world, helped her grow, and discovered the parent in us. What better reason to celebrate? Happy first birthday, to all of US!

Omi ubhi rahili Kuni nahi pahili...

At last the day has arrived when Omi is standing..Days have passed and now its almost year with all the memories of her smiling,crying,clinging,making fuss,all sorts of noises she is trying to make..Its been wonder...

Eight completed with a Bite

Omi is crawling along,climbing stairs and running all the way in any direction she wants. Its not easy to stop her. She is able to recognize faces ,Goes to only the people she Likes.. Ajobaba is one of the most favored and behind in the list comes her mama,her baba and vijay ajoba.
Her mama has brought her Walker and that is one of the best thing done.She is comfortable in that and plays along.Main thing I am relieved to do any other work on hand.

Five Months Completion

Omi has completed her five months.She is able to crawl now.Today she was able to sit in upright position by herself.
Days are passing fast,but its nice to see her grow.Looking at her eye to eye,smiling with her,making her laugh,holding onto her hands are the things making me lighten up...
She is really a MIRACLE in our life..

Goku is also entering his fifth month.The snap shows OMI with her Mama and GOKU with his Dad.
Both have started to have liquid foods ,rice khimti,rava kheer etc.Waiting for day when everyone will sit on table to have food .

First Fall

Omi was sleeping.I went to the kitchen to do some. work.I had put pillows to one side on bed,on side where she used to turn.After half an hour or so,Omi's crying was heard. I rushed to bedroom, at first glance Omi was not to be found on the place she had to be,thoughts went through my mind,was omi with baba but baba had went outside, again I scanned through room and their she was under bed crying.I was so afraid I just picked her up and went outside. My baby was crying and wailing and I was not able to do anything.After sometime, she stopped crying and again that smiling face mode was on,I was relieved.I had fast check whether she was hurt anywhere.
When I came back to room I examined the place where she fell,she had turned on other side to where pillows were kept and went after balloon to corner of bed,there was a bag under the bed she had fall on that bag.Thank GOD.She fell sideways so she was not hurt.
But this is it My baby had her first free fall.Yes there are going to be many more falls and she has to go through them.Hope that everytime she has fall on any turn of her life ,we or at least someone is their to pick her up and sooth her.

One Year Passed

I am writing a blog after very long time.. i missed some crucial days...But todays day is very very important... yes one year has passed.. no no Omi is not yet One year old.One year passed for the day when we came to know abt Omi's good news.A new life has started.This is the day.
It was Monday ,I was in satara and was going to leave off Abhi-Mayu at Mumbai Airport as they were going for bangkok trip. this was their first journey Abroad so i was going to go with them to Mumbai.This was the Initial plan.

Three Months Complete

Today Our princess is Three months old.
With eACH passing day she shows changes.i know i will not be able to capture the same moment again.

Baby Naming Cermony

On 9th Jan Sun 2011 NAMING CERMONY for OMI and GOKU was arranged at satara .Both of them were looking good and healthy.(touch wood).Omi was wearing Fairy Dress brought to her by her Atya Rashmi and Goku was wearing Krishna Dress.
Relatives and Friends had come to give their wishes for babies.It was good occasion to meet everyone after quiet long time(pregnancy + child birth).
My best Friend Sonali and her husband Ashutosh Jagtap had come down specially to attend the ceremony.It was very nice to see Omi's sonu-mau after long time.Amu-Mau was unable to come .
SO at the occasion Omi's Atya Rashmi named Omi as "SARVAI"(one of name of Mahalaxmi) and Goku's Atya that is ME Named Goku as "AMAY"(Abhi+ Mayuri) .Both of them where sleeping for most of time and that was good.It was first time bringing them in front of so many people.But the day was nice and everything went on smoothly..

New Year Bash 2011

Everything had changed since last new Year. Last Year we all were in Kolhapur at Vrishali executive enjoying New Year Eve.2010 was year where we dreamt of new lives coming into our life and during this year end eve we were experiencing it.
Omi and Goku two stars have entered our lives staring this year. At NewYear Eve Goku gave a runoff to Doctor.he was crying and crying crying thats it.Welcome to 2011.
This was the first year we had our new year eve having Homemade dinner.ha ha ha.
At 12'o clock we were sleeping,but the rest of night we were wide awake.
Lets see to coming days of this new year because each day is going to be new with these kids around.

Most laughable thing... the whole New Year Day we(me and Mayuri Mom) were in house and was unable to wish her for new year.I Remembered that on next day.This Goes to all my friends too.Sorry for the same, but new responsibility has come our way. Hope I convey My message of New Year at least next year to everyone.

Welcoming GOKU

On 29th Dec Wed 2010, Goku arrived at his Satara Residence.Lata Tai And Abhi had gone to bring Him Home.It was simple sweet welcome gesture ,entrance was decorated with rangolis and flowers.Goku had come with his Aaji(Mayuri's Mom)who was going to stay for few days.
This was the first time that I as Atya was meeting Goku.It was a pleasant moment.And over that awesome moment as OMI and GOku were meeting for the first time.
They had been together from start,but this is the first time they were meeting face to face.
Now the house is on 24hrs duty.As Goku is awake at night and Omi is awake whole day.
Abhi(Goku's dad as well Omi's mama) has lot on his mind to do now.
Lets watch out to coming days.
